Refund Policy
Paid reservations made at Fire Loop are non-refundable. The only exception is providing a 12-hour notification prior to the appointment time, along with an appropriate reason (health emergency, accidental locational booking, etc).

Response time to inquiries may take up to 48 hours. Refunds will be credited back to the account within 3 – 7 business days from the date of refund.
Exchange & Rescheduling Policy
A minimum of a 2-hour notification is required for all exchanges or rescheduling of purchased/booked appointments at Fire Loop. Exchanges or rescheduling can be processed in person, over the phone by speaking to a representative, or on our

Refund & Rescheduling Policy for Private Events
A 50% deposit for private events is due at the time of booking, which is non-refundable except in case of extenuating circumstances (such as a governmental closure due to COVID-19). Rescheduling requires a 2-day notice prior to the appointment date.
