Paid reservations made at Fire Loop are non-refundable, but can be rescheduled with 24-hour advance notice. Rescheduling can be processed over the phone by speaking to a representative at (949) 336-4600, or through our website contact form:

All gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Refund & Rescheduling Policy for Private Events

A 50% deposit for private events is due at the time of booking, which is non-refundable. Rescheduling requires a 2-day notice prior to the appointment date.
